I spend a lot of time on the media. An average time amount of time interacting with media would be about a couple hours. I interact with social media posts the majority of the time. My relationship with media is complicated since I don't know whether it's doing me good by keeping me informed or making things worse for me since I'm slightly addicted. Looking at media, specifically social media gets me distracted from doing everyday tasks which is not good in the long run,
Have you ever considered getting off of social media for a while? i agree with you that interactions with social media can be complicated because of what is being shown to us. after all our brains are still growing so it impacts the way that we think for the rest of our lives. You said that you are slightly addicted to using social media but do you plan on doing something about it or just leaving it how it is? Staying away from the media would be the best option if you say that it distracts you from doing everyday tasks even though you know that its not going to benefit you.
